FIR is a tasting menu restaurant situated in Llangattock previously known as The Vine Tree. Led by chef Matt Sampson and focused on delivery quality on a daily basis. 

Our story

Led by chef Matt Sampson Fir offers a tasting menu which reflects Matts wealth of experience in Michelin starred kitchens across the UK. From the age of 17 training in One, Two and Three star restaurants, he now returns to his roots reflecting on what he has learnt.
